To maintain accountability, Asia International Mission elects a board of directors that consists of people from many walks of life—education, medical, business, and others who have been involved in missions.
Those selected to serve on the board must demonstrate Christian character and enthusiastically support the vision of AIM for spreading the gospel internationally. Using their ability to think strategically and work creatively, the board sets the direction for Asia International Mission. The president of AIM, Russ Sharrock, working with the staff, is responsible for meeting these goals.
